The annual L.E.G.A.CY. Awards celebrates the impact that black entrepreneurs have on African American communities. WDB Marketing along with other notable businesses have worked with over 3,000 Black owned businesses throughout the nation, showcasing the impacts that black businesses have on African American communities. The awards event consists of: 3 business pitches to attendees from youth entrepreneurs; 7 awards to businesses leaders; vendor showcases from 12 restaurants; and media interviews.

Kirsten Corley is a model and wife of Grammy winning artist Chance the Rapper, who recently dedicated his first album “The Big Day” to her and their marriage.  The couple had a beautiful wedding ceremony on March 9, 2019; and have two children together.

Mariah Bozeman is an actress from Chicago, IL.  She has had appearances in Humira, and Oscar Mayer commercials; a print booking for a Lunchables ad campaign; and a movie role in a short drama entitled ‘Lost and Found’ (2018). Mariah has booked and starred in a role in an upcoming movie, "The Woman in the Window" scheduled for release (2020) (playing the role of a daughter (Olivia Fox) to actress Amy Adams and actor Anthony Mackie; Filmed a Chicago based web-series entitled "CHI-nanigans," which was released on YouTube; and most recently booked a star role in the new season of NBC's "Chicago Med" - a television show which began in 2015 and recently kicked off its 5^th season.  Mariah played the role of ‘Keisha Jones’ in Episode 5 "Got a Friend in Me" which aired October 9, 2019.

Sheila Okonji-Ashinze is a radio host for the “Afrozons” Afrobeats show on Chicago’s Power 92.3FM; and an established international businesswoman who is well respected for her contributions to the entertainment industry worldwide. She is also a Peace Ambassador for Nigeria. She is the founder of ZONS P.R UK Ltd, a company focusing on PR, marketing, media advertising and events management. She founded the international artist booking agency, ZONS TOURS, which opened a niche in Africa where international A-list artists are taken to tour the continent.  Notable clients include R. Kelly, Jay Z, Beyoncé, Kanye West, Nas, Mariah Carey, Busta Rhymes, Nelly, Ludacris, Rick Ross, Chris Brown, Wyclef Jean, Akon, Joe, Usher, Sean Paul, 50 Cent, Nicki Minaj, Dionne Warwick, and many more.
