The COVID-19 pandemic canceled so many special moments and events for people all around the world; including thousands of students nation-wide who were unable to attend or complete their last months of school. Graduates were hit the worst because they couldn't participate in graduation ceremonies, end-of-year graduate events, or take graduation photos! I couldn't stand by as a photographer and not try to make some of these moments still come true for students. So I decided, since my own daughter is completing Pre-K and heading to Kindergarten, to host a Pre-K and Kindergarten graduate photo session with caps, gowns, and stoles to celebrate the occasion. I thought, what better way to end the year for graduate students than to celebrate with an official graduation photo that could be shared with friends and family to acknowledge their accomplishments! So we did it! The graduate photo session day came and went, and this post is to show you some of the amazing photos from the day.
With all of the craziness that's going on in our country, this day was a breath of fresh air and hope for the next generation. I enjoyed every minute of it, and look forward to many years to come of taking photos of graduates. Enjoy!
